When integration isn’t feasible, we employ a variety of effective methods to pull billing census and encounter information from your EHR. Our software solutions offer multiple methods to facilitate the transfer of encounter data for billing, including charge-capture apps, charge entry via your Scheduler (included with our billing contract), and free, customized census trackers. We want you to know that regardless of your setup, we can handle it and want to make it as simple for you.
• Cellphone Charge Capture Applications: Our billing software integrates with two charge capture applications, allowing providers to easily submit encounters for billing.
○ MediMobile – Offered as a free integration with our billing software (MediMobile fees may apply). Upload clinical charting to MediMobile, and its AI technology automatically reads, codes, and prepares encounters for billing. After review, encounters can be sent directly to Access Revenue Hawaii with a single click.
○ MDCoder – An award-winning mobile charge-capture application by MDTech that provides an automated workflow tailored to clinicians. Supporting 25 specialties, it is suitable for solo providers as well as small and large SA/MH facilities. Integration fees may apply; contact Access Revenue Hawaii for details.
• Calendar Integrations: Use our scheduling systems to capture charges and transfer billing data seamlessly in the provider portal, packed with tons of transparent features to watch your practice grow.
• Billing Census Tracker: Report your facilities charges via a customized billing census tracker (BCT) built specifically to your practice program or service offerings.

At Access Revenue Hawaii, we believe technology should support your workflow, not force you to change it. While we have Mobile app options and CollaborateMD offers integration options with many systems, not every EHR or EMR has a direct integration available. In some cases, third-party integration platforms such as Morf Health may provide a solution by connecting your existing software to CollaborateMD and helping automate the flow of patient, scheduling, insurance, and encounter data.
That said, we do not believe integration is always the best answer.
Many practices spend significant time and money pursuing complex integrations when simpler, more reliable workflows can achieve the same result. Depending on your organization’s size, workflow, and clinical model, an integration may be beneficial, or it may create unnecessary complexity and expense.
